Hearing Aid Prescription:-A hearing aid is a device designed to improve hearing by making sound audible to a person with hearing loss by amplifying the respective frequency sound based on to their PTA test results. Hearing Aids are available in Analog and Digital technologies. Analog hearing aids are past technologies and digital hearing Aids are available at different performance levels with multiple features on each type and style that are explained in detail in our hearing aid section.

Hearing Aid Trial:- Once the patient is identified with hearing loss which is incurable, the patient is referred for hearing aid trial and fitting. Ave Sound Clinic offers free trial to its patients to have a feel of the hearing aid before they finalise on any type / model based on their usage preferences because this is a life time solution. Ave Sound Clinic has range of hearing aids to choose for Trial on each of the product families and details can be discussed with our Audiologists

Hearing Aid Types:- Hearing aids are available in different Styles, Comfort levels and Performance Levels that are Wireless Re Chargeable, Re Chargeable, Receiver in the Canal (RIC), Behind the Ear (BTE) hearing aids In The Ear (ITE), Receiver In the Canal (RIC), Completely in the Canal (CIC), Invisible In The Canal (IIC), Instant fit In The Ear and Pocket hearing aids. Signia has a Connex software to do the right selection hearing aid to patients. Additionally, Free field aided thresholds and Speech measures are utilized in Ave Sound Clinic to finalise the right selection.

Hearing Aid Fitting & Programming :- Patients are advised to fine tune their hearing aid until they are completely comfortable wearing the hearing aid and the hearing targets are achieved. The patients are able to fine tune themselves in some of the models by using Signia MyControlApp, however our audiologists are there always to provide quality services. Audiologists will follow a systematic process to fine tune the hearing aid based on the data inputs from patients and the diagnostic results from software to finetune the hearing aid. It is an interactive process of two to three sittings over a period of two to three weeks to get the optimum result of the hearing aid. Fine tuning is the key of any model and patient co-operation is utmost important in this process.

Hearing Care Support:-Our Audiologists explain the maintenances of hearing aid in detail during counselling process thereby ensuring the maximum longevity to each of the product. The Service appointments are fixed based on patient convenience in advance in periodic intervals.

Hearing Aid Repair:-Every hearing aid has a warranty period, supported life for the product and service support associated to it. Our centre will carry out hearing aid repairs for all the supported models of Siemens / Signia hearing aids beyond warranty period at reasonable costs in addition to warranty support.

Hearing Aid Buy back / Exchange Schemes:-We have buy back schemes for non-Siemens / Signia hearings aids and attractive exchange schemes for Siemens / Signia branded hearing aids based on the age of the product. Free Home Visit *:- We do home visit for needy / aged patient because good hearing is a right of the individual and we do respect the same. Please do contact our audiologists to fix an appointment at the earliest.
